Hygiene Management Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced Food Safety Consultant to join our growing team

Location: Greater Dublin and surrounding area.

Hygiene Management Systems Ltd is a leading Irish provider of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene consultancy services. We work with food businesses across Dublin and surrounding area to ensure compliance, protect consumers, and build robust safety cultures.

The Role

As a Food Safety Consultant, you will:

• Conduct food safety audits and inspections across client sites


• Develop and implement HACCP plans and food safety management systems


• Deliver Food Safety training programmes to client teams


• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and best practice


• Support clients in achieving and maintaining certification standards

• A 3rd level qualification in Food Science or Environmental Health (Essential)


• Proven experience in food safety consultancy or environmental health


• Strong knowledge of Irish and EU food safety legislation


• Excellent communication and client relationship skills


• Full clean driving licence

• Full\-time or part\-time positions available \-\-we're flexible to suit the right candidate


• Competitive salary €35,000 to €45,000 depending on experience.
