Food Production Operative (Dried Meat)
St Marcus Fine Foods is looking for a Food Production Operative in the Dried Meat Area at our facility in Redhill, RH1 2NB.

About the role and what we are looking for:
\- Work under the guidance of the Production Manager to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.
\- Be able to work alone and in a team.
\- Handle, Measure, Weigh and Package food products.
\- Complete HACCP production paperwork and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
\- Ensure all equipment and direct work areas are maintained, cleaned and organized.
\- Move food products to the designated storage areas.
\- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Working hours:
- Full\-Time: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00
Pay: £12\.75\-£14\.00 per hour
