Hours : 06:00 – 14:00

Looking for a hands-on role with a company that supplies some of the UK’s biggest food brands?
ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting Food Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team producing high-quality bacon products from preparation through to packaging.
You’ll be working across a variety of departments including:

• Racking


• Boxing


• Raw preparation


• Slicing


• Rolling


• Hygiene

What You’ll Be Doing: • Preparing and handling raw pork products

• Operating production machinery used in curing, smoking, and cooking


• Ensuring products meet strict quality and food safety standards


• Packaging and labelling products ready for distribution


• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised

What We’re Looking For: • Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment


• Strong attention to detail


• Good teamwork and communication skills
