• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.


• Manage daily plant operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and supply chain management.


• Monitor key performance indicators related to manufacturing efficiency, quality control, and supply chain analytics.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance process improvements, reduce waste, and increase productivity.


• Oversee equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or food processing environment.


• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and MRP for effective production planning and inventory control.


• Expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £45,000\.00\-£52,990\.07 per year
