Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of food production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement production plans using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
- Manage daily plant operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and supply chain management.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to manufacturing efficiency, quality control, and supply chain analytics.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance process improvements, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and MRP for effective production planning and inventory control.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and plant operations management.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of safety and quality.
