Food & Beverage Supervisor

At Whittlebury Park, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic hospitality superstar eager to elevate their career by joining our dynamic and vibrant Food \& Beverage Department as a Supervisor.

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers a 254\-bedroom, four\-star hotel, conference and training centre, and award\-winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, luxurious spa, and a 36\-hole championship golf course.

Salary: Up to £27,539\.20 depending on experience, based on 40 hours per week.

What will you do?

As an F\&B Supervisor, you will:

• Serve guests food and beverages warmly, friendly, and professionally, adhering to company standards.


• Lead and train a small team, ensuring excellent organization and communication.


• Promote Whittlebury Park’s food and beverage offerings to Leisure facility guests and maximize sales by being knowledgeable about all offerings.


• Ensure the smooth running of food and beverage services not only in the Leisure area, but across the site including cleaning and maintaining hygiene.


• Work in various areas such as restaurants, bars, spa, weddings, banquets, estate events, and the Leisure Club.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have the desire to develop your leadership and management skills, and will be adaptable with excellent attention to detail.

Your areas of work will cover our Atrium Bar\- popular with our golfers and sporting guests, our Silverstone bar serving our hotel guests, conference guests and restaurant guests and our function bars when we have weddings, special events and tribute nights.
