Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food \& Beverage Supervisor to lead our culinary and service teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold hospitality excellence, and maintain efficient food production processes across all service areas. Duties

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards


• Lead and motivate team members including servers, bartenders, cooks, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences


• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served


• Manage stock and be responsible for ordering from suppliers


• Manage bar operations and be responsible for alcohol service


• Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards across all outlets to ensure compliance with health codes


• Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, and special event requirements


• Provide training and mentorship to team members on hospitality best practices, food handling, and customer service skills

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant or hotel food \& beverage operations with a focus on supervision or team management


• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary safety standards


• Experience in bartending or bar management is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively


• Familiarity with food safety protocols and food production processes


• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members


• Previous experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels is preferred; barista experience is a plus


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction
