An exciting opportunity has become available at (hotel name) for the Restaurant Supervisor position. Our Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to our guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and a memorable customer experience, and continually leading and inspiring the front of house team to do the same.

• Hours of Work: 40 hrs weekly


• Location: Slough, England SL1 2YE, United Kingdom

What we are looking for in a Restaurant Supervisor:

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter/Waitress within a fast\-paced restaurant or Hotel restaurant environment


• Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn


• Creative approach with impeccable attention to detail


• Lead by example in the operation and support the food and beverage team


• Have a confident and outgoing personality


• Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.


• Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.


• Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.


• Managing day\-to\-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members


• Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals \- making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction


• Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely \- always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste
