Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

London Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and customer\-focused Food \& Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for members, guests, and visitors.

Working across our Clubhouse, Spike Bar, Half Way House and event facilities, you will support the Food \& Beverage team in the day\-to\-day operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Food \& Beverage team on a daily basis.


• Deliver outstanding customer service to members, guests and visitors.


• Assist with the smooth operation of bar, restaurant and function services.


• Brief, coach and motivate team members throughout shifts.


• Ensure all areas are presented to the highest standards before, during and after service.


• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene and health \& safety procedures.


• Support events, functions and golf day hospitality requirements.


• Handle cash, card and member account transactions accurately.


• Assist with staff training and development.

Desirable

⭐ Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, food \& beverage or leisure

⭐ Experience handling customer service issues and cash management

⭐ Knowledge of service standards and staff coaching

⭐ Hospitality or Customer Service qualification

⭐ Interest or knowledge of golf would be advantageous
