Join Our Team at the Keadeen Hotel – Breakfast Supervisor

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food \& Beverage team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service each morning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily breakfast service, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience.


• Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast team to deliver exceptional customer service.


• Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and attentive service throughout breakfast.


• Coordinate staff duties and monitor service standards during each shift.


• Assist with training and development of team members.


• Ensure breakfast buffet and service areas are fully stocked, clean, and presented to the highest standard.


• Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.


• Monitor compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health \& safety procedures.


• Assist with stock control, ordering requirements, and daily operational reporting.


• Work closely with the Kitchen and Management teams to ensure a high\-quality breakfast offering.

Essential Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands\-on approach.


• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


• Strong organisational and team management abilities.


• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.


• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and health \& safety standards.


• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
