Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food \& Beverage Manager to oversee our food services at one of our vibrant leisure centres in Stratford\-Upon\-Avon. This role is vital in ensuring high\-quality dining experiences that support our mission of promoting active lifestyles within the community. The position is based in Stratford\-Upon\-Avon.
Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations within the centre, ensuring excellent service and quality standards.


• Supervise kitchen and dining staff, fostering a positive team environment.


• Oversee food safety compliance and maintain hygiene standards.


• Develop menus that cater to diverse customer needs and preferences.


• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.


• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.


• Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and customer service.


• Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community engagement.


• Qualifications


• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Experience supervising food service operations in a restaurant or hospitality setting.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.


• Previous experience managing budgets or financial performance is a plus.
