An Experienced Food \& Beverage Manager is required in The Yard Foodmarket, Clancy Quay, Islandbridge, Dublin 8

Main responsibilities

• To work closely with a small team and manage the daily operations of the take away, restaurant and barista coffee offering.


• To achieve sales targets, optimise profitability and drive overall business performance.


• Maintain operational and service standards


• Manage rosters, budgeting, purchasing and stock control.


• Train, develop and lead the team in all aspect of the business.


• Bring new ideas to the restaurant and menu options


• Manage inventory with multiple suppliers.


• Ensure that the restaurant operates within relevant legislation in terms of Health \& safety law, HACCP, consumer legislation and sale of food


• Manage multiple online ordering platforms


• To keep stock wastage/shrinkage to a minimum

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a food and beverage manager.


• Fluent English


• Be fully flexible to work 5 days over 7, morning, evening \& weekends

Pay: €40,000\.00 per year
