Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations within the venue


• Maintain service quality and operational standards


• Supervise restaurant and kitchen management teams


• Monitor budgets, inventory control, purchasing, and cost management


• Develop and implement operational procedures and service improvements


• Coordinate menu planning and beverage programs with culinary teams


• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality regulations


• Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management within hospitality or restaurant operations


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Experience with budgeting, operational planning, and inventory control


• Excellent communication and organizational abilities


• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service practices


• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment


• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
