Reception:

• To deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner and to ensure the highest level of customer enjoyment and satisfaction, meeting the Customer Service Standards.


• To administer golf bookings using computerised and manual systems, and ensuring all customers are booked in correctly.


• To administer the hire equipment and deposit system and record/ administer any lost property as per the procedure and assist with any general administrative duties as requested.


• Ensure that all information displayed in the reception area is up to date and regularly restocked.


• Ensure that the buildings and grounds are maintained according to industry standards

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner on arrival.


• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards. Make sure to also ensure you are compliant to food and drink labelling guidance and stock rotation guidance.


• Ensure any vending machines are kept fully stocked and assist with filling the machines and ensure that the F\&B area is safe, clean and warm before customers enter.


• Accept any deliveries and store secure, check items against the delivery note.


• Supervise the front of house at functions, events and societies.


• Report any defective services, equipment and facilities to the manager.

• Has excellent communication skills and can work as a functional member of a team.


• Sound IT and Administration skills.
