Walton Heath Golf Club is one of the world’s most highly regarded golf clubs, famous for its rich golfing and political history and the quality of its two exceptionally challenging golf courses.
We are pleased to announce that we are looking for experienced supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team. Live in accommodation is available for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will need to have at least 1 year proven supervisory experience, be able to train staff and lead by example, have exceptional customer service skills, be an outgoing individual with a friendly, yet professional manner and be hard working, flexible and able to cope well under pressure. You will need to be a good communicator, liaising with all departments and managers to aid the smooth running of the Bar, Dining Room and Clubhouse.
- Experienced Supervisor in food \& beverage departments.
- Exceptional customer service is required along with a can\-do attitude in a busy environment.
- Need to be both reliable and flexible.
- Friendly and polite manner.
- Smartly presented.
- Work as part of a friendly team.
- Working 40 hours a week to include day, evenings and weekends.
