Are you a confident, hands on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves leading from the front? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Food \& Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the beautiful Abbey Hotel.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and bar. You will take ownership of the day to day operation, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, standards remain high and your team feels motivated and supported.
We are looking for someone flexible, including weekends, who leads with energy and sincerity. You’ll bring personality, pride and a genuine passion for hospitality, inspiring your team while creating memorable moments for every guest.
What you will be doing
- Leading the F\&B team to deliver seamless, high quality service in line with hotel standards
- Ensuring all restaurant and bar areas are impeccably presented and maintained
- Creating a positive, team driven environment with high morale and strong engagement
- Setting clear objectives aligned to the hotel’s business goals
- Coaching and developing team members, including peers
- Supporting recruitment of new team members and supervisors
- Managing guest feedback, resolving concerns and celebrating compliments
- Monitoring payroll and labour in line with forecasted business levels
- Driving sales, profit and performance targets within the department
