We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Food \& Beverage Supervisor to join our close\-knit team. The Role

As Food \& Beverage Supervisor, you'll be a key figure across our bar, restaurant, and floor operations — setting the tone for service, supporting your teammates, and helping to create the kind of experience our guests come back for time and again. Reporting to the Manager on Duty, you'll be a trusted and reliable presence for both the team and our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising daily food and beverage operations across the bar and restaurant


• Leading, motivating, and supporting your team throughout the service


• Championing exceptional customer service standards at every turn


• Helping to train and develop team members so everyone can grow


• Supporting opening and closing procedures


• Handling guest queries with warmth and professionalism


• Keeping high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service


• Working hand in hand with management to keep everything running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food and beverage setting


• A natural leader who brings out the best in the people around them


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• A positive, hands\-on attitude — someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves


• The ability to stay calm and focused in a busy, fast\-paced environment


• Flexibility to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays


• Fluent English is essential for this role
