Food and Beverage Manager
The Marine Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter under dynamic new ownership. We are investing in our property, our people, and our future – and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Food \& Beverage Manager to lead our F\&B operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the guest experience and bringing fresh ideas to life as we elevate standards and create memorable hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events.
· Drive service excellence, ensuring a consistent, high\-quality guest experience aligned with the hotel’s vision.
· Work closely with the General Manager and ownership to implement new concepts, menus, and service standards.
· Recruit, train, and inspire the F\&B team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand values.
· Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls while maximizing revenue and profitability.
· Ensure compliance with health \& safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
· Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and the local community.
· Act as a visible leader in the business, supporting front\-of\-house presence during peak service periods.
· Be responsible for beverage stock control
Key Skills \& Attributes
· Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop high\-performing teams.
· Proven experience in food and beverage management within hotels or high\-volume hospitality venues.
· Commercially minded with a track record of driving revenue and managing costs.
· Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and guest\-relations skills.
· A passion for innovation, fresh ideas, and delivering memorable experiences.
· Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, evolving environment with a “hands\-on” approach.
