FOH Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Supervisor you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high\-quality service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere as well as insuring the floor is ready for service at the opening time, clean and organized for closing

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.


• Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on guest preferences.


• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.


• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.


• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.


• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.


• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.


• Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality at all times.


• Do the Cash up accurately every time.


• Open and close by yourself making sure every task in the open/close check list is acurately done

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required (2years)


• Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques will be advantageous.


• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service.


• A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues and guests alike are essential traits for success in this role.

• Flexible availability around Christmas as we only close Christmas Day \&Boxing Day

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.21 per hour
