FMCG Business Ambassador / Field Sales Representative(w/m/d)

Company Overview

Our client is a global leader in electronic vaping technology. Its flagship brands focus on innovative vaping products and have built a strong reputation in international markets.

To further expand its retail presence in Germany, we are currently looking for a motivated FMCG Business Ambassador / Field Sales Representative (m/w/d) for the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit FMCG retail stores within the assigned territory, including petrol stations, convenience stores, tobacco shops and other consumer\-goods retailers.


• Introduce and promote the company’s products to potential retail partners.


• Develop new retail points of sale and build long\-term relationships with store owners and decision\-makers.


• Guide interested retailers to purchase products through designated sub\-distributors.


• Maintain regular communication with existing retail partners and follow up on business opportunities.


• Collect market information, competitor activities and customer feedback.


• Independently plan customer visits, driving routes and daily field\-sales activities.


• Support local sales campaigns and other market\-development activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales, retail development, door\-to\-door B2B sales or regional business development.


• Experience in FMCG, tobacco, beverages, personal care / household products or consumer electronics is highly preferred.


• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands\-on working style.


• German and English at B2 level or above.


• Comfortable working independently and visiting multiple retail locations on a daily basis.


• Willing and able to drive frequently within the assigned territory.


• Valid driving licence for Germany required.


• Own car preferred; alternatively, candidates should be willing to arrange a rental car initially, with eligible vehicle costs reimbursed according to company policy.
