This includes ground equipment, such as test stands for research & development, qualification and acceptance testing of propulsion systems and rocket stages, as well as entire launchpads. Close cooperation with other departments such as Propulsion Technology and Launch Vehicle is necessary since their requirements dictate the design of the ground support equipment. 
As a Fluid Systems Engineer, you take on a coordinative role, owning an engineering module/system, having the complete lifecycle in mind. You make sure that the design approaches applied are consistent across multiple projects while synergies are exploited to build reliable and safe systems, according to specification. You are responsible for the delivery of the systems according to specification and work closely together with design engineers to reach this goal efficiently. 
 
Your Role in Our Space Mission: 
Reporting directly to the Manager Ground Fluid Systems, the engineer's tasks are focused on but not necessarily limited to:

Qualification Checklist 
Education: 
Bachelor or Master's degree in, Aerospace/Process/Chemical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalent 
Experience: 
2 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in aerospace, oil & gas, energy, chemical industry, engineering service provider or similar
