FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver

Our client is currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver to join their busy warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for ongoing, full-time work within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the warehouse team with a variety of day-to-day duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts.


• Load and unload deliveries from vehicles.


• Move stock throughout the warehouse and storage areas.


• Put stock away in designated locations.


• Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities.


• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.


• Conduct basic stock checks and inventory movements.


• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.


• Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures.


• Support with general warehouse duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences.


• Previous experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach trucks.


• Experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment.


• Good understanding of warehouse processes and health & safety requirements.


• Strong work ethic with a flexible and positive attitude.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.


• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Benefits

• £13.50 per hour.


• Monday to Friday working hours.


• 8:00am - 5:00pm shift pattern.
