Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Manage inventory, supplier ordering, and waste reduction to ensure strong profit margins.


• Floral Design \& Production: Create high\-end arrangements for daily retail, weddings, funerals, and corporate events.


• Shop Operations: Maintain an organised retail environment, manage stock levels, and drive upsells (vases, cards, gifts).


• Client Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting corporate and event relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven, hands\-on experience as a senior florist and shop manager.


• Business Acumen: Strong organisational skills with a focus on cost control and revenue growth.


• Languages: Professional fluency in English;


• Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including weekends during peak floral seasons.
