Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the floral team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure top performance


• Ability to create 40\-50 Bouquets daily


• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies


• Develop creative floral displays that attract customers and enhance the shopping experience


• Manage customer relationships with excellent communication skills, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business


• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels of flowers, tools, and decorative items


• Implement effective sales techniques and promotional activities to boost revenue


• Maintain organisational standards for cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of floral products

• Proven management experience in retail or floral shop environments with supervising responsibilities


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team


• Knowledge of merchandising principles and floral design techniques


• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently


• Experience in sales management and customer service excellence
