\- Manage inventory levels and place orders when necessary
\- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations
\- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
\- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations

\- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel, restaurant, or culinary industry
\- Strong leadership and team management skills
\- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
\- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
