Please Note: You MUST have a valid Care Certificate (training delivered face to face\- online training will not be accepted) or a QCF in Adult Care or Health and Social Care to be considered for this role.
At People in Action, we provide exceptional support to vulnerable people within our local communities and also within our supported living services and residential care services. Our charity has recently celebrated it's 40th anniversary.
Our charity focuses on supporting adults challenged with mental health, learning difficulties and Autism.
We are building a dedicated internal team of flexible support workers to provide high quality, consistent person centred care across our services.
You will be paid at the same hourly rate as our permanent team members, whilst incurring zero administrative costs.
You can work around your primary job, or may just want some extra work, as long as you are available to work one of the following shifts, we would like to hear from you.
- 7am to 3pm
- 3pm to 10pm
- 3pm to 3pm the following day\- sleep in shifts
This is not an agency role, you will be a direct employee of People in Action\- meaning you will enjoy becoming a member of our Talent Pool.
- Every new Talent Pool member will enjoy 5 hours paid training.

- This is a monthly paid opportunity.
