We are currently hiring motivated and energetic Flemish\-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists to become part of our dynamic international team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this fully on\-site role at our contemporary office, you will be the voice of a globally recognized leader in household appliances and consumer electronics, delivering exceptional support and solutions to their customer base.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary mission is to serve as the voice of a household name brand, turning every standard customer interaction into a positive, seamless experience.

  • Customer Support: Respond to incoming inquiries from Flemish\-speaking clients via telephone, email, and digital channels, answering questions about product capabilities, delivery timelines, setups, warranties, and troubleshooting.

  • Problem Solving: Efficiently diagnose issues with appliances and electronics, offering straightforward, step\-by\-step guidance or looping in technical teams to resolve the problem.

  • Data Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and complaints within our CRM system to ensure proper follow\-up and quality control.

  • Brand Advocacy: Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's product catalog and core values, representing the organization with genuine empathy and professionalism.

  • Continuous Improvement: Attend regular training workshops to keep your knowledge sharp regarding new product launches, technical updates, and customer service best practices.
Who We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:


  • Languages: Native or near\-native fluency in Flemish (C1/C2\), coupled with a solid working knowledge of written and spoken English (B2\).

  • Location: You must already live in Lisbon, or be fully willing and able to relocate to Portugal entirely on your own.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, patient, and solution\-focused mindset.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortably navigate multiple software programs, chat tools, and CRM platforms simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in retail, call centers, hospitality, or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • An interest in consumer electronics, technology, or modern home appliances.
Work Schedule

  • Days \& Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.

  • Standard Hours: 08:00 to 17:00\.

Salary \& Perks

We provide a highly competitive compensation package designed to offer financial stability while rewarding excellent results:

  • Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, distributed 14 times per year (inclusive of local summer and Christmas bonus structures).

  • Language Premium: An extra €150 monthly allowance for utilizing your Flemish language skills.

  • Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly based on hitting quality and efficiency KPI metrics.

  • Meal Stipend: €7 per working day, adding roughly €140 to €150 net extra to your monthly take\-home pay.

  • Insurance: Full private medical and life insurance coverage effective from your very first day on the job.

  • Career Growth: Clear internal tracks for upward mobility into Team Leader, Quality Analyst, or Trainer roles.
