Position: Permanent Full Time
Salary:£26,500 per annum
Hours: 08.30 am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
 
We are looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven individual to join our Volkswagen division as a Fleet Sales Administrator. You will play a key role in supporting and interacting with our Sales Executives, Business Manager, and Sales Manager by ensuring our vehicles, online showroom, and administrative processes run smoothly every day. You will be working with our key corporate partners Fleet & Corporate delivering large volumes, working to high standards and SLA.
This is a fast‑paced, premium environment where no two days are the same. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy variety, and take pride in high standards, this role is for you.
<ul>
<li>Checking the vehicle sales documents and ensuring we have received payment before releasing the vehicle to the customer</li>
<li>Building internal relationships with a multitude of stakeholders.</li>
<li>Organising vehicles on site to make it presentable for our customers. </li>
<li>Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers. Ensure both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard</li>
<li>Maintaining stock records ensuring they are accurate and up to date</li>
<li>Taxing all sold vehicles prior to customer delivery</li>
<li>Making sure all vehicles are prepared to our high standards prior to delivery.</li>
</ul>
Ideally, you will have great communication and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and multitask and prioritise workloads
You'll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. It's essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude as you will be working as part of a busy team.
