<p>Are you a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? Do you love building strong teams, driving high standards, and keeping everything running like clockwork? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our <strong>Fleet Delivery Manager</strong> role.</p>
<p>As a key support to our Branch Manager, you’ll oversee our fleet team — ensuring every motorhome leaves our site spotless, safe, and ready for unforgettable adventures.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<p>You’ll take ownership of the full fleet preparation operation, ensuring your teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional results every day.</p>
<p><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead a multi-disciplinary team of cleaners, housekeepers and supervisors</li>
<li>Provide cover for the Branch Manager when needed</li>
<li>Recruit, onboard and train staff to build a strong, capable workforce</li>
<li>Maintain high morale and resolve conflicts with confidence</li>
<li>Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all Health & Safety practices are followed daily</li>
<li>Plan staffing levels to ensure full coverage across all shifts</li>
<li>Drive exceptional cleaning standards and attention to detail</li>
<li>Support the team in preparing motorhomes to the highest standard</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build strong relationships across departments, keeping communication flowing to ensure smooth daily operations</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who is:</p>
<ul>
<li>An experienced <strong>team manager</strong> with a track record of developing people</li>
<li>Skilled in <strong>conflict resolution</strong> and maintaining positive team culture</li>
<li>Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft packages and Airtable</li>
<li>Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations</li>
<li>Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure</li>
<li>Highly organised with the ability to pivot quickly when plans change</li>
<li>A holder of a <strong>full UK driving licence</strong> (2+ years)</li>

<p><strong>Working Schedule: </strong>Monday - Sunday, 5 days/40 hours per week.</p>
<p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Full time, Permanent</p>
