Role Context
The Fixed Income product offers customers live data on Corporate and Sovereign Bonds, key analytical, industry\-specific data points, in accordance with official documentation.
This position is an excellent steppingstone to understand Fixed Income dynamics, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market through official documentation and apply this knowledge to your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities \& Deliverables

• Review and update corporate bond data based on official documentation in internal systems and proprietary software


• Respond to and resolve client queries


• Ensure quality control of securities entered into proprietary software


• Identify discrepancies and reconcile data


• Build and maintain relationships with clients and contributors


• Participate in time\-sensitive projects and collaborate with global colleagues on new initiatives

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and sound knowledge of fixed income


• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or relevant work experience


• Fluent in English and German


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines


• Speed and accuracy in data processing with high attention to detail


• Proficiency in MS Excel


• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, team environment


• Strong written communication and presentation skills


• While previous professional experience is not required, all candidates must meet the specified educational criteria and demonstrate the core skills outlined for this role
