Contract Type: Permanent (Full\-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am\-2pm \& 2pm\-10pm on rotation

Location: Manton Wood \- Worksop

We are now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team of colleagues, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives on a shift basis


• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time


• Monitor and drive performance against operational KPIs (productivity, quality, service, attendance)


• Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet workload demands


• Maintain high standards of Health \& Safety, housekeeping, and compliance


• Conduct team briefings, one‑to‑ones, and performance discussions


• Manage absence, timekeeping, and disciplinary processes in line with company policy

• Previous experience in aFirst Line Manager / Team Leader role within a warehouse environment


• Strong people management and communication skills


• Ability to manage performance and address issues confidently and fairly


• Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes


• Organised, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
