First Line Manager - Warehouse
Pay Rate: £30,000 per year
Grade: RCS N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full\-Time), 37\.5 hour working week
Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday, weekly rotation 7am\-3pm (07:00\-15:00\) AND 3pm\-11pm (15:00\-23:00\)

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a stable operation: keep daily warehouse activity running smoothly while strengthening what already works.
- Drive continuous improvement : embed consistent processes, boost efficiency and deliver smart cost savings.
- Support growth and change: guide the team through expansion, implementing practical improvements that take the operation to the next level.
- Develop and upskill colleagues: build capability, confidence and a collaborative culture across the team.
- Have direct experience operating as a First Line Manager or similar role across warehousing and logistics.
- Demonstrate their capability operating in an e\-commerce, retail or similar paced industry.
- Are able to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft applications to complete daily tasks and reporting.
- Can showcase their leadership and people management experience such as performance and absence management, conducting 1\-2\-1's, and team development.
