Fire \& Security Operations Manager

Salary: £50,000 \- £58,000
Location: South Birmingham
Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Fire \& Security Operations Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day delivery of service, maintenance and projects across a busy fire and security operation.

The Role

  • Manage engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.

  • Oversee service, maintenance, reactive and small works.

  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation and operational performance.

  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets and profitability.

  • Manage key customer relationships and escalations.

  • Work closely with sales and project teams.

  • Drive improvements across service delivery and operational processes.

  • Ensure works meet relevant industry standards and company procedures.

About You
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Service Manager, Contracts Manager or similar within fire and security.

  • Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.

  • Experience managing field\-based engineering teams.

  • Strong leadership, organisational and commercial skills.

  • Experience with Simpro, Joblogic or similar is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of BS5839, BS5266 and BS EN 50131 advantageous.

  • Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £50,000\.00\-£58,000\.00 per year
