Fire and Flood Restoration Technician

We are looking for a field based technician to cover the Hampshire/Wiltshire area. Mobile phone and Ipad are provided and a company vehicle will be available after completion of probationary period.

Responsibilities:
\- Undertake drying, stabilisation and restoration work on buildings damaged by water, fire, or other disasters, and the installation of refrigerants, desiccants and air movers etc
\- Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials
\- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mould growth
\- Assess the extent of damage and develop a plan for restoration
\- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
\- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Qualifications:

\- BDMA or equivalent qualification preferred but extensive knowledge of the industry is essential
\- Experience in Restoration Drying, Strip Out, Deep Cleaning essential
\- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
\- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
\- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
\- Excellent problem\-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations

Driving licence essential as we operate within South East England postal areas, with a Company vehicle being provided upon completion of probation period..

The position is full\-time, permanent working Monday to Friday from 8\.00am to 4\.00pm. Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed upon offer of the position.
