ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a high\-performance sales team delivering Google Ads solutions to regional businesses across Europe. As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships — all in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment at a prime Barcelona location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Google Ads solutions

  • Manage a high volume of accounts with a focus on exceptional service and sales performance

  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strong persuasion techniques

  • Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs consistently

  • Cultivate long\-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty

  • Create digital marketing strategies adapted to businesses of all sizes

  • Quickly adapt to evolving customer needs and business priorities

REQUIREMENTS
  • C2 level of Finnish and C1 level of English — both written and spoken

  • Minimum 20 months of proven sales experience with a strong track record of results

  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships quickly and convincingly

  • Experience creating digital marketing strategies for clients of varying sizes

  • BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent career progression demonstrating strong functional expertise

  • Proficient in strategic influencing and resilient in target\-focused environments

  • Prior experience in complex customer service or account management

  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

  • Awareness of GDPR and data privacy practices relevant to the Finnish\-speaking market

  • Deep understanding of Nordic business culture, market dynamics, and digital marketing ecosystems
