We are currently hiring motivated and energetic Finnish\-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists to become part of our expanding international team in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this fully on\-site role based at our contemporary, easily accessible office, you will serve as the voice of a globally recognized leader in household appliances and consumer electronics, delivering top\-tier support to their Nordic clientele.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary mission is to elevate standard customer service requests into outstanding, memorable experiences that build brand loyalty.

• Omnichannel Support: Respond to incoming requests from Finnish\-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat, answering questions about product capabilities, delivery timelines, setups, warranties, and orders.


• Technical Troubleshooting: Listen carefully to issues regarding home appliances and electronics, determine the root cause, and offer straightforward fixes or loop in the technical repair network.


• Information Management: Keep precise records of all customer communications, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM system for smooth tracking.


• Brand Advocacy: Stay educated on the company's latest tech, product catalog, and core values, representing the organization with genuine empathy and professionalism.


• Ongoing Growth: Attend fully paid training workshops to keep your knowledge sharp regarding new merchandise and customer care techniques.

Candidate Profile

While background experience is great, we prioritize a great attitude, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you hit the ground running.

Minimum Requirements:

• Linguistic Proficiency: Native or near\-native fluency in Finnish (C1/C2\), coupled with a solid working knowledge of English (B2\).


• Location/Mobility: You must already live in Lisbon, or be fully prepared and legally permitted to relocate to Portugal independently.


• Core Mindset: A patient, solution\-focused communication style centered around customer satisfaction.


• Technical Literacy: Ability to comfortably navigate multiple computer programs and learn new digital platforms quickly.

• Previous experience in retail, call centers, hospitality, or tech support is a plus, but not required.


• An enthusiasm for consumer electronics, smart home innovations, or modern appliances.

Work Schedule

• Days \& Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.


• Shift Time: 07:00 to 16:00\.

Salary \& Perks

We provide a robust compensation plan that ensures financial peace of mind while rewarding excellent results:

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, distributed 14 times per year (matching local summer and Christmas bonus structures).


• Language Premium: An extra €150 monthly allowance for utilizing your Finnish skills.


• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly based on hitting quality and efficiency metrics.


• Meal Stipend: €7 per day worked, which adds roughly €140 to €150 net extra to your monthly take\-home pay.
