Fine \& Country Stockport is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced estate agent to join us as a self\-employed Associate, developing the Fine \& Country presence across Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Woodford, Hazel Grove and the surrounding Stockport area.
This is not a conventional employed estate agency role.
As a Fine \& Country Associate, you will operate independently, building your own portfolio of clients, instructions and personal profile, while benefiting from the brand, marketing, systems and support of Fine \& Country Stockport and the wider Fine \& Country network.
You will have the freedom to build your own business without having to establish an estate agency brand from scratch.
THE ROLE
You will take responsibility for developing Fine \& Country business within your area.
Your role will include:
- Generating new valuation and instruction opportunities
- Building relationships with homeowners and prospective clients
- Carrying out market appraisals
- Winning premium residential instructions
- Advising clients on pricing, positioning and marketing strategy
- Developing your own network and local profile
- Representing properties through social media and video
- Managing relationships with sellers and buyers throughout the transaction
- Proactively prospecting and creating new business opportunities

Our property marketing can include professional photography, cinematic property films, drone photography, presenter\-led video, social media, digital advertising, PR and national and international exposure.
We want an Associate who understands that successful modern estate agency goes beyond listing a property on the portals.
You should be comfortable building your own profile, appearing on camera and becoming recognised as a trusted property professional within your local market.

Premium property experience is advantageous, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in successful estate agents who know the local market and are ready to move into the premium sector.
You will need to be self\-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working independently.
You should also understand that this is a business\-building opportunity. Success will come from your ability to create relationships, prospect, network, market yourself and win instructions.

The opportunity covers some of Stockport and South Manchester’s strongest residential markets, including:
Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Woodford, Hazel Grove and surrounding areas.
THE ASSOCIATE MODEL
This is a self\-employed, commission\-based opportunity.
There is no basic salary.
As an Associate, you receive an agreed share of the commission generated from the properties you introduce and sell, giving you uncapped earning potential.
You retain the independence and flexibility of self\-employment while operating within the established Fine \& Country Stockport business and benefiting from the wider Fine \& Country brand and network.
