Assignment Description
We are currently looking for three Senior Technical Test Engineers
What You Will Work On
Develop and execute API-based end-to-end tests for microservice-based systems
Design, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks using Java and Python
Perform functional, non-functional, integration, migration, and end-to-end testing
Verify integrations between business-critical systems, services, and platforms
Participate in test planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up activities
Contribute to testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and best practices
Support quality validation throughout development and transformation initiatives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across development, testing, and business functions
Ensure quality, stability, and reliability of transaction-intensive financial systems
Support defect management, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution activities
Provide input into test strategies, risk assessments, and quality planning
Contribute to continuous improvements of testing processes and delivery practices
Ensure compliance with business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Test Engineer or Technical Tester
Documented experience with Java-based testing frameworks
Documented experience with Python-based testing frameworks
Strong experience with API-based end-to-end testing
Experience testing microservice-based architectures
Documented experience working with financial systems
Experience performing migration testing activities
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
Programming experience relevant to test automation and validation activities
Experience conducting:
Functional Testing
Non-Functional Testing
Integration Testing
Migration Testing
End-to-End Testing
Experience planning and coordinating testing activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Experience leading or coordinating testing efforts
Experience working in both internal and external customer projects
Experience with transaction-intensive systems requiring high availability and reliability
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance-driven environments
Experience working within regulated or licensed business operations
Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
