We are now hiring a Financial Services Recruiter (International Market) to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing global desk, supporting international clients while building your own specialist FS market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and developing your own international financial services desk.
- Partnering with clients across key global markets, including Europe and the Middle East.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across front, middle, and back-office FS roles.
- Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Building a strong international candidate network through proactive sourcing and engagement.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends and market conditions.
- Experience in recruitment (FS experience preferred but not essential).
- Strong interest in international markets.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
