About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join a friendly and professional financial services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive environment where your work plays a key role in delivering high-quality service to clients.
You’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting advisers and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes , from preparing client documentation to liaising with providers.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and organising paperwork for client meetings
- Submitting applications and processing new business
- Managing and updating client information on internal systems
- Liaising with clients and providers (phone and email)
- Answering client queries (non-advice based)
- Supporting advisers with research and quotations
- Chasing providers for information and progress updates
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with a variety of administrative and operational tasks
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicators, both written and verbal
- Proactive and able to use their own initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- A team player with strong relationship-building skills
- IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Financial services environment exposure either life office, provider, network or wealth managemnet or IFA
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Friendly and supportive team environment
