To strengthen our Group Finance team in Bubikon, Switzerland, we are looking for a talented professional to join us as soon as possible or by mutual agreement:
Financial Senior Associate 80 \- 100%
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models across business units to support forecasting, scenario analysis, long\-term planning and strategic decision\-making;
- Support the evaluation of organic growth initiatives and acquisition targets, including business case analysis, valuation and Due Diligence support;
- Prepare financial analyses, presentations and reporting materials for investors, management and the Board;
- Support investor Q\&A processes and ad hoc information requests;
- Analyze and report business performance, key financial drivers, profitability and operational KPIs;
- Support the CFO on strategic initiatives, financing\-related topics and other ad hoc analyses as required.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
- 2\-5 years of experience in FP\&A, transaction services, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or a similar analytical role;
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills;
- Experience analyzing industrial, manufacturing or technology businesses is a plus;
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness;
- Self\-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast\-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
