Clarke Legal Specialists are looking for experienced Financial Mis\-Selling Paralegals to join our clients North West team. You will work alongside solicitors on claims related to mis\-sold financial products, providing vital case support and helping clients achieve the outcomes they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist solicitors with financial mis\-selling claims, case preparation, and documentation


• Draft legal correspondence and manage client communications


• Conduct legal research and review financial agreements


• Support litigation and settlement processes


• Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met

• Previous experience in financial services litigation, mis\-selling claims, or related legal work


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Paralegal qualification or equivalent experience

• Competitive salary: £27,000 – £33,000 per annum
