Financial Controller
Financial Controller Are you an experienced finance professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a growing organisation where you will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision making across the business.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad and highly visible role, offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing finance team while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee month-end reporting and management accounts
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver financial analysis and variance reporting
- Manage statutory audit and UK GAAP compliance
- Drive financial controls and process improvements
- Support capital expenditure appraisal and performance monitoring
- Business partner across the organisation to drive profitability and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Previous finance team management experience is essential
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Standard costing and variance analysis experience
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
