Financial Controller

What will you do?
- Own the monthly, quarterly and year\-end closing process and deliver clear, timely reporting to management — acting as a true sparring partner for the Finance lead
- Safeguard financial integrity across general ledger, intercompany reconciliation, VAT returns and internal controls
- Analyse variances and prepare budget\-vs\-actual reports so management always has a sharp picture of where things stand
- Support the planning cycle and maintain oversight of assets, loans and credit card administration
- Drive continuous process improvement in the financial and administrative organisation — you spot opportunities where others see routine
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or Accountancy
- 3–5 years of relevant experience; a background in an (international) production environment is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- A proactive, accurate and stress\-resistant working style — you keep a cool head in a fast\-changing environment
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English; you are based in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
