Our OPS Billing team assists daily our Managers and Partners by managing all SG\&A procurement tasks. Done in collaboration with other Finance departments, they apply Firm policies and processes while ensuring that business priorities are maximized.
We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant for our OPS Billing Team.

- Build strong relationships with other Finance teams as well as dedicated Partners and Managers

- Manage procurement SG\&A requests from all internal stakeholders, by collecting all mandatory information enabling the creation of purchase orders in our ERP.
- Follow financial process, from purchase to invoice payment, according to internal requirements
- Collaborate closely with requesters and finance teams, particularly Account Payable team,
- Create General Sales invoices, after collecting all necessary information
- Handling all queries and delivering high quality standards while meeting deadlines.

- Holds a University or Bachelor's degree in an administrative\-related field, with 1\-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and customer\-focused skills, always maintaining a professional approach.
- Demonstrates proactivity, very good organizational and multitasking abilities, and delivers high\-quality work.
- Proficient in IT tools, including Excel, Outlook, and ideally SAP; comfortable working with figures and understanding financial concepts; fluent in English and French.
