Are you an experienced Financial Advisor (Level 4 Diploma) looking for a new opportunity within a supportive firm?
We're recruiting for a Financial Advisor to join a well-established and independent financial planning business based in the Chelmsford area.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage an established client bank and would suit a client-focused financial professional who is confident delivering tailored advice, building long-term relationships, and providing a high standard of financial planning service.
The Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will:
- Manage and service an established existing client bank
- Conduct detailed fact-finding and analyse client financial information
- Prepare and present tailored financial recommendations based on individual client needs
- Research products from an approved panel of providers
- Review financial reports and ensure the suitability of advice
- Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
- Stay up to date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory changes
- Identify opportunities to grow and maximise the client bank
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum qualified advisor status)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Highly self-motivated with a client-first approach
- Strong IT and systems literacy
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- £50,000–£57,500 basic salary (depending on experience)
