Financial Adviser Location: Oxfordshire / Wiltshire Region (Primarily Remote)
Salary: up to 55k + DOE + Bonus
Working Pattern: Primarily Remote with Occasional Travel to Wiltshire
The Opportunity An established and growing wealth management firm is looking to appoint a Financial Adviser to join its collaborative and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser looking to join a business that places genuine emphasis on long-term client relationships, quality advice, and internal progression.
The business has a strong presence across the South West, with continued growth plans in the Oxfordshire region. The successful candidate will initially integrate into the Wiltshire team whilst helping develop and grow a client bank within Oxfordshire.
This position would suit an adviser who enjoys working within a close-knit environment, values relationship-led financial planning, and is looking for long-term progression within a supportive business.
The Role • Deliver holistic financial planning advice to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with planners, advisers, and wider support teams.
- Attend client meetings both remotely and face-to-face.
- Contribute towards business development and growth initiatives.
- Support the continued development of the Oxfordshire client base.
- Operate as part of a collaborative advisory team rather than an isolated individual adviser model.
- Occasional travel required to the Wiltshire office for team collaboration and meetings.
- Flexibility to attend client meetings across Oxfordshire as required.
- Longer-term opportunity to help establish and grow the Oxfordshire presence.
- Previous experience within a Financial Adviser position.
- Comfortable managing and developing client relationships.
- Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident in front of clients and capable of building trust quickly.
- Strong relationship-building and business development abilities.
- Motivated by progression and long-term career growth.
- Open to regional travel where required.
