Overview
We are looking for a experienced financial administrator to assist us in providing the best administration and additional services to our clients.
Liasing with the chief financial officer and relevant staff to ensure smooth process of all areas of account management .
Aiker Legal is a new Law Firm with varied busy departments , based on Wrexham Technology Park ,
Due to the nature of the work being carried out, it is a requirement that this role will be office based
The position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
1\. Book\-keeping responsibility to include –
a. monthly invoicing run
b. Invoice inputs to Quickbooks / Klyant software
c. Bank reconciliations
d. Processing bank payments
2\. Administration:
a. Related Post
b. Data updating
c. purchase orders
3\. Administering Payroll
4\. Administering non\-employment payment runs
5\. Become the Day\-to\-day finance contact for our and liaison with various Heads of Departments
Skills
- Proven expertise in financial management and accounting practices.
- The candidate must be trustworthy and confidential with experience of in working in a financial Role. DBS checks will be necessary.
Pay: £27,500\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
