IMV Technologies UK Ltd is a company focused on Farm Animal reproduction. The company is headquartered in L’Aigle, France with the only UK site being Bellshill, Glasgow. One of its main subsidiaries is “IMV Imaging” who are recognised as a leader in supplying imaging solutions (ultrasound, X‑ray, CT, MRI, etc.) for veterinary use. Role \& Responsibilities

*Treasury, Banking \& Cash Flow Management:*

• Prepare and manage detailed cash flow forecasts, ensuring accurate, robust and timely updates


• Actively monitor cash positions across the group and provide clear actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support decision making


• Lead engagement with internal teams to improve visibility of cash drivers and optimise working capital, including overseeing payment runs and regular review of cash collection / overdues


• Ownership of banking relationship ensuring banking operations run smoothly and regular review of banking facility in line with evolving business needs

• Responsible for inventory management, including robust and timely reporting, risk identification and appropriateness of provisions, adherence to policy and accounting standards, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory levels and working capital


• Ownership of Intercompany accounts, ensuring appropriate settlement of accounts and adherence to IMV group policy


• Review all Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, timely resolution of open items and compliance with relevant accounting standards, statutory regulations, and IMV group policies


• Ensure strong governance across all day\-to\-day transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepayments, accruals, cash postings and payroll

• Lead the annual statutory accounts process across the UK group in conjunction with external accountants, ensuring all filing deadlines and requirements delivered on time


• Lead the statutory audit process for the UK group, addressing any audit findings or recommendations and acting as the primary contact for external auditors


• Manage tax compliance activities across the group, including preparation and submission of VAT returns for the UK and Ireland companies


• Lead the annual corporation tax and R\&D tax claim processes for the UK group in conjunction with external accountants

• Responsible for driving a strong governance framework within SAP Business One including management of the month and year end close processes and ownership of Master Data


• Drive improvements in financial policies, procedures and controls across the Shared Service centre, ensuring a robust control framework is in place


• Ensure process documentation is up to date and controls are operating effectively


• Drive process improvement to streamline and improve finance and operational processes through technology, including leveraging functionality of SAP Business One and other group reporting tools and supporting finance transformation projects

• Nearly or newly qualified (CA/ACCA/ACMA) accountant, or substantial experience in a senior finance role


• Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, FRS, UK GAAP) and tax legislation


• Strong technical grounding in financial accounting and reporting


• Experience with SAP Business One, or other SAP platforms


• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of planning \& reporting consolidation tool (preferably Power BI)
