Finance Trainee or Apprenticeship as from October 2026

BDO Luxembourg is looking for a Finance Trainee or work\-study student of 12 to 24 months!

What will you do?

Being part of the team, you will:

• Assist in the bookkeeping of banks, AP, AR


• Review and process supplier contracts


• Input supplier contract details into internal system following established procedures


• Monitor invoicing, and various KPIs


• Ensure all metadata and contract information are accurately recorded


• Ensure data quality and accuracy in compliance with internal standards


• Identify and correct discrepancies, missing fields, or errors in contract records


• Assist in different administrative tasks


• Carry out accounting analyses and put out reporting

This position is for you if:

• You are currently a Master student in Finance or any similar field


• You are looking for an internship or apprenticeship program


• You are proactive, rigorous with excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit


• You are hands\-on, versatile and willing to learn


• You are comfortable with MS Office tools, especially with advanced formulas in Excel


• You have an excellent command of French and English. Luxembourgish or German would be an asset


• A first experience as a finance trainee would be an asset
