As we scale, the reliability and efficiency of our payment and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes become increasingly critical.</p>
<p>We are now looking for a <strong>Finance Systems Specialist, Payments & PTP</strong> to support the development and continuous improvement of these areas within our finance systems landscape.</p>
<p>In this role, you will work hands-on with NetSuite and integrated systems, focusing on <strong>payments, Accounts Payable, and end-to-end PTP processes</strong>. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, scalable, and accurate transaction processing across multiple markets.</p>
<h2><strong>🚀 What you’ll be doing</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of <strong>payments and PTP processes</strong> within NetSuite and connected systems</li>
<li>Configure and develop <strong>customizations, workflows, and scripts</strong> supporting Accounts Payable and payment operations</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance teams to <strong>analyze issues and improve payment and PTP workflows</strong></li>
<li>Support and maintain <strong>payment integrations</strong>, including banks and payment service providers</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues related to <strong>transaction flows, reconciliations, and payment processing</strong></li>
<li>Assist in optimizing <strong>end-to-end PTP processes</strong>, from invoice handling to payment execution</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on <strong>implementation and improvement initiatives</strong></li>
<li>Contribute to <strong>automation and efficiency improvements</strong> in finance operations</li>
<li>Support testing, documentation, and rollout of enhancements</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>🧠 Our humble expectations</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>NetSuite development or configuration</strong>, particularly in finance-related areas</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with:</li>
<ul>
<li>SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.x), SuiteBuilder</li>
<li>Workflows and ERP customizations</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>payments, Accounts Payable, or PTP processes</strong></li>
<li>Understanding of <strong>payment flows, reconciliations, and financial transaction handling</strong></li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>system integrations</strong> (REST, SOAP, or similar)</li>
<li>Experience working with <strong>multiple stakeholders and external partners</strong></li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a <strong>hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Seen as an advantage:</strong></p>

<li>Experience with <strong>payment service providers, banking integrations, or treasury processes</strong></li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>high-volume transaction environments</strong></li>
<li>Understanding of <strong>finance operations and accounting basics</strong></li>
<li>Exposure to <strong>automation and process improvement initiatives</strong></li>
